Total Population Of Camarines Norte Reached Over Half A Million (Results from the 2007 Census Of Population)

Population increased by 9.2 percent
The province of Camarines Norte had a total population of 513,785 persons as of August 1, 2007, an increase of 9.2 percent from the 470,654 persons reported in 2000. This increase translated to an annual population growth rate (PGR) of 1.22 percent during the period 2000 to 2007, which is 0.28 percentage point lower than the recorded PGR of 1.50 percent for the period 1995 to 2000.

Total Population Of Masbate Grew By 1.15 Percent Annually (Results from the 2007 Census Of Population)

Number of households increased by 16,941

The population of Masbate was 768,939 persons as of August 1, 2007, based on the 2007 Census of Population. This figure was higher by 61,271 persons over the population count of 707,668 persons in 2000. The population count of the province for the 2000 and 2007 censuses translated to an average annual population growth rate of 1.15 percent.

Albay: Residence of More Than Half a Million Voting Population

Population growth rate at 1.77 percent
The total population of Albay, as of May 1, 2000, was 1,090,907 persons. The figure was higher by 85,592 persons over the 1995 Census of Population (POPCEN).
Annual population growth rate was registered at 1.77 percent, lower by 0.24 percentage point as compared to the 1995 figure (2.01 percent). If the current rate continues, the population of Albay will double in 39 years.
