The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Camarines Norte, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), conducted mobile registration activities for 4Ps beneficiaries in the island barangays of Vinzons—namely Banocboc, Pinagtigasan, and Mangcawayan—on April 7 to 10, 2025. During the activity, PSA personnel successfully registered 183 individuals, and 32 National IDs in paper form were issued. Prior to this visit, PSA has conducted several mobile registration activities since 2022 in this island.

Additionally, in partnership with the Local Civil Registrar Office (LCRO) of Santa Elena, PSA Camarines Norte conducted another mobile registration on April 29, 2025, at Barangay Kagtalaba, Santa Elena. A total of 34 individuals were registered, and 15 National IDs in paper form were issued.

To reach individuals unable to attend the registration events, house-to-house registration was also carried out. This initiative led to the successful registration of a senior citizen from Barangay Poblacion, Basud.
As of April 30, 2025, PSA Camarines Norte has registered a total of 535,216 individuals, achieving 102.2% of its target for National ID registration. Furthermore, 269,610 paper-printed National IDs have been issued. This milestone contributes to the ongoing implementation of a unified identification system, enhancing access to various government services. PSA continues to expand its efforts through mobile registration services, ID distribution, and Digital ID assistance, in coordination with local government units (LGUs), national government agencies (NGAs), nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), schools, and private institutions. The "National ID Registration on Wheels" program remains active to further strengthen registration initiatives.
