CRVS Comic Book Making Contest-Regional Elimination

The PSA-RSSO V, joined in the celebration of the 2017 Civil Registration Month as they held a CRVS Comic Book Making Contest-Regional Elimination. There were three (3) entries received for the said elimination coming from the provinces of Catanduanes and Sorsogon, and an entry from the Statistical Operations and Coordination Division (SOCD). After review and deliberation, it was decided that the entry submitted by SOCD be the official entry for the national selection to be concluded on 10 March 2017 at PSA Manila.

2017 Regional Civil Registration Quiz

PSA RSSO V Conducted the 2017 Civil Registration Quiz at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Multi-Purpose Hall, Legazpi City. Each of the Provincial office held a provincial elimination prior to the conduct of the Regional Championship. The said CR Quiz was limited to MCRs and regular employees only. During the competition, the Provincial Offices were represented by the top three (3) winners of their respective offices. There were a total of eighteen (18) knowledgeable MCRs who battled wits and proved mastery on Civil Registration matters.

Training on the Authority to Solemnize Marriage

PSA RSSO V conducted Training on the Registration of Authority to Solemnize Marriage held at PSA RSSO V training room. The aim of the training is to update knowledge and address issues and concerns regarding the application for Certificate of Registration of Authority to Solemnize Marriage (CRASM). There were 35 participants composed of Solemnizing Officers from different sects and the respective Registration Officer II, together with the Focal person, of each of the Provincial Office.
