The merging of the former regional offices in Bicol of the National Statistics Office (NSO), (BAS), and National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) into the Philippine Statistics Authority, Regional Statistical Service Office V (PSA-RSSO V) posed a difficulty during its transition particularly in redesigning and establishing a new and interactive website that would provide its users an easy way to access and learn about the PSA's products and services.
