This 2020 Annual Report provides you with the results of the efforts, contributions, and strategies made possible by all PSA V personnel lifted by the support, hard work and perseverance made by all officials and personnel from the six Provincial Statistical Offices in the region. This year highlights the conduct of the 2020 Census of Population and Housing (CPH) as the flagship program of the PSA involving 7,181 enumerators and supervisors equipped with proper training and were deployed in the region to ensure the complete coverage of the entire population. Notwithstanding the delays on the conduct of 3rd and 4th trainings in some areas greatly affected by COVID-19 and encountered natural hazards like earthquake and bad weather conditions, we remain to be objective and focused. We have employed the use appropriate technology and shifted to virtual mode of conducting trainings as well as collaboration/coordination and dissemination of the said undertaking.
