With a decade of relevant statistics, efficient civil registration services and inclusive identification system, the year 2023 is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and is captured in this year’s theme: “PSA@10: Providing Quality Services through Digital Transformation.”

Achievements are said to be great occasions for celebrations. Reaching milestones, achieving goals, surpassing difficulties and many other events are celebrated and this includes celebrating our decade of existence in the Philippine bureaucracy.

With this, I proudly present the major accomplishments of PSA Region V encapsulated in the 2023 Annual Report showcasing the cumulative accomplishments, shared vision for the future and in honor of those who have been pivotal in the success of PSA’s programs and activities that made a lasting and meaningful impact.
