The PhilSys team conducted an extensive information dissemination focused on the Step 2 Registration and ePhilID distribution. The outreach took place during the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) Payout events held in various locations across Camarines Norte. Specifically, the team covered Brgy. Gumamela, Labo on December 4 to 5, Brgy. Camambugan, Daet on December 12, and Agro Sports Center, Daet on December 15, 2023.

During the event, PhilSys Focal Person Mary Jane T. Laviña, discussed the benefits and security features of ePhilID and PhilID and provided instructions on checking PhilSys Number (PSN) availability and tracking PhilID status through PhlPost Tracking system. FP Laviña concluded by explaining the use of the PhilSys Check for attendees to better understand the System. At the end of all payouts, the PhilSys team has successfully registered a total of 59 individuals and issued 11 ePhilIDs.

Furthermore, the PhilSys Team participated during the recent Serbisyo Caravan in San Vicente, held from December 12 to 15 and 18 in various Barangays of San Vicente such as Iraya Sur, Fabrica, Kanluran, Silangan, San Jose, Asdum, Cabanbanan, Calabagas, and Mang-Ogob. In the five-day activity, the team successfully registered 107 individuals in the Step 2 and issued 50 ePhilIDs.

Moreover, a noteworthy collaboration of PSA with business establishments was done by setting up mobile registration within department stores in Daet, Camarines Norte such as the 101, Angena, and New One Department Store. The conduct of Step 2 mobile registration catered both employees and clients of these establishments which resulted to a fruitful registration of 110 individuals, with 30 ePhilIDs issued.

This initiative extends beyond the numbers as it represents a harmonious synergy between public and private entities, working together for the common goal of enhancing identification processes and providing a secure means of identification for both employees and clients. PSA Camarines Norte also encourages the public to embrace the ePhilID as a secure and legitimate means of identification, contributing to a more streamlined and efficient transaction process across various sectors, emphasizing that it holds the same value as the physical PhilID.

Since June 2021 to December 2023, a total of 483,950 individuals or 92.44% of the target of 523,545 individuals aged 5 years old and above have been successfully registered. Likewise, 137,332 ePhilIDs were distributed to the residents of Camarines Norte from January to December 2023. When combined with the previous year's operations, a cumulative total of 240,579 ePhilIDs have been issued to CamNorteños.

The PSA Camarines Norte continues its efforts in conducting ongoing mobile registration and distribution of ePhilIDs. These initiatives will be carried out in coordination with partner LGUs and agencies, especially the educational institutions in the province. The team remains dedicated to actively participate in various public services and commits to continuously be involved in Caravan programs led by the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, as well as the implementation of PhilSys on wheels and barangay mobile registrations. Through proactive engagement and collaboration, the team not only facilitates Step 2 registration and ePhilID issuance but also assists the local communities on how to access essential government services by conducting information dissemination activities.
