The mantra that plays a significant role in making most out of the best practices that sets a higher momentum for the men and women of PSA V to deliver stronger results in hitting the targets and deliverables set in 202I.These results reflected how we embraced this year's theme:"Strengthening Digital Transformation and Improving Quality of Statistics Products and Services:The Ways to Manage the New Normal" transcending the risks and uncertainties with the ongoing pandemic.

With this, may I humbly present the accomplishments of PSA Region V encapsulated in the 2021 Annual Report showing the results of efforts, contributions, and strategies made by all Regional Statistical Service Office (RSSO)V personnel lifted by the support, hard work and perseverance from the officials and personnel of the six Provincial Statistical Offices (PSOs) in the region.

Foremost, we are more than pleased to announce the successful transfer of RSSO V and Albay PSO to the newly constructed PSA-owned building located at the Regional Center Site, Rawls, Legazpi City that provides convenient space and empowerment for the statistical, civil registration and PhilSys products and services being offered to clients and stakeholders. May we also extend our big thanks to our partner agency, the Department of Public Works and Highways for their direct and technical supervision for the said construction and for their continuous assistance with further improvements. It was inaugurated on 12 November 2021 with Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, Ph.D. and attended by various government agencies, clients and stakeholders.
