The Philippine Statistics Authority-Civil Registry System (PSA-CRS) Legazpi Outlet resumed its operations with the Go-Live on 4 May 2023 employing an enhanced technology and processes after its successful transition to Phase 2 of the CRSlnformation Technology Project (ITP) under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with Unisys Managed Corporation.
With CRS-ITP 2, expeditious processing of requests and shorter lines are expected at the application and payment counters with the addition of a self-service kiosk. The issued civil registry document (CRD) in security paper (SECPA) in the Outlet has now improved and already contain a Quick Response (QR) Code on every page of CRD as a means to verify its authenticity including a unique transaction number per document, a serial number, and the assigned birth/marriage/death reference numbers.
Moreover, the Outlet is equipped with more additional features and services not just copy issuances, authentication and Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)/Advisory on Marriages (CEMAR) but the Certificate of No Death (CENODEA TH)/Advisory on Death (CEDEATH), Viewable Online and DocPrint can now be availed.
