The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Camarines Norte continues the National ID registration for 4Ps beneficiaries in seven (7) municipalities: Labo, Talisay, Vinzons, Santa Elena, Capalonga, Jose Panganiban, and Paracale, Camarines Norte, in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). During the month of March, a total of 1,695 beneficiaries were successfully registered in the National ID System. Additionally, 1,018 National IDs were authenticated, and 491 paper National IDs were issued.

PSA Camarines Norte also participated in the Serbisyo Caravan to conduct National ID registration in various barangays of San Vicente, Camarines Norte. This aims to provide services to residents of the municipality. Over the five-day caravan, 166 individuals were registered in the National ID System.


Moreover, house-to-house registration was conducted for those unable to visit the registration centers. This initiative successfully registered 4 senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWD) from Barangay III and Camambugan in Daet, as well as a resident from Guinacutan, Vinzons.
As of March 31, 2025, PSA Camarines Norte has registered a total of 534,291 individuals, reaching 102.0% of its National ID target. A total of 269,092 paper National IDs have been issued. This achievement supports the unified identification system and improves access to government services. PSA continues its efforts through mobile registration, ID distribution, and Digital ID assistance, in collaboration with local government units, national government agencies (NGAs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), schools, and private institutions. The National ID registration on wheels program remains active to further boost registration efforts.
