In celebration of the 35th Civil Registration Month (CRM) this February 2025 with the theme "Building a Resilient, Agile and Future-fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System", PSA Camarines Norte conducted the 5th Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Provincial Quiz held at the PSA Camarines Norte Provincial Statistical Office on February 3, 2025. It was participated by the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) personnel from the twelve (12) municipalities in the province.

Below were the top three winners of the provincial quiz who advanced to the Regional Quiz held at the Concourse Convention Center in Legazpi City on February 11, 2025. Ms. Rose Ann Abraham from LCRO Labo emerged as the regional champion. She then represented the region in the National CRVS Quiz as one of the culminating activities of the Civil Registration Month celebration held at the PSA Headquarters, PSA Complex, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City on February 28, 2025.

The quiz aimed to promote and strengthen the importance of Civil Registration as well as to boost the engagement of Local Civil Registry Office as the participants answer various questions regarding PSA, trivia, history, processes, policies, memoranda, procedures, and laws related to civil registration. It provides an opportunity for participants to showcase their understanding and commitment for the efficient and effective delivery of civil registration services.
