The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) successfully conducted mobile registration, ePhilID issuance, and information dissemination which highlighted the features and benefits of the National ID system, during the Serbisyo Caravan held at the Municipal Gymnasium of San Lorenzo Ruiz. Resulting in the issuance of 24 ePhilIDs and the successful registration of a 2 year-old child.
In addition, on October 17, 2024, as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity in partnership with Camarines Norte Civil Registrars League, Inc. (CANOCREL), PSA Cama rines Norte distributed birth certificates on security paper at the Mampurog Day Care Center. During this activity, the PhilSys team registered 53 individuals, including 29 children under five years old, and issued 34 ePhilIDs.
PhilSys continues to enhance its efforts through mobile registration at day care centers in conjunction with the launching of the "Rehistro Bulilit" program which aims to ensure that every Filipino, especially the youngest members of the community, can access essential identification services. As of 31 October 2024, 520,245 or 99.3% individuals were registered in PhilSys while 262,469 ePhilIDs were issued to CamNorteños. To ensure the comprehensive coverage of the popu lation, PSA Camarines Norte keeps its efforts by conducting continuous mobile registration and ePhilID distribution. These initiatives are carried out with the active partnership with the Provincial and Local Government Units, NGAs, NGOs, schools, and other private institutions. Also, the PhilSys on wheels, a mobile registration roaming at barangays remains implemented to boost National Identification Registration.
