There were more than three hundred occupied housing units in Brgy. Lamon, Goa in 2015. The number of occupied housing units in the barangay reached 334 in 2015.

There are 101 households per 100 occupied housing units in Lamon, Goa

A total of 334 occupied housing units and 336 households were recorded in 2015. These translate to a ratio of 101 households for every 100 occupied housing units, with an average of 5.02 persons per occupied housing unit.

 

 

Majority of the occupied housing units are single houses

In 2015, single houses made up 98.80% of the total occupied housing units in Brgy. Lamon. About 1.20% of the total occupied housing units were reported as duplex type.

Moreover, 43.45% of the households lived in their own house rent-free lot with consent of owner. In addition, 4.76% of the total households lived in own house rent lot.

Majority (61.61%) of the households in Lamon, Goa in 2015 used electricity as fuel for lighting, while kerosene (gaas) ranked second with 38.10 percent of the households using kerosene (gaas) as their source of fuel for lighting in 2015.

Of the total households, more than 53.57% drew water supply for drinking in dug well while more than 28.27 % drew water supply for drinking from shared tubed/piped deep well. Protected spring was listed as the third main source of water supply for drinking for 8.63 %.
