On the on-going data collection of the 2024 Population Census and Community-Based Monitoring System (POPCEN-CBMS), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Camarines Norte conducts close field supervision through observation, re-interviews and spot checks to ensure the reliability and completeness of data collected.

CSS Maria Dulce Padayao and respective Focal Persons of the twelve (12) municipalities of the province have visited various locations to thoroughly review reports and observe the data collection process carried out by the enumerators. During these field operation activities, the supervisors verified the data entries through re-interviews and spot-checking of selected households and barangays to ensure the accuracy of the collected information.

The said activities are controls to ensure that the field personnel adhere to the guidelines and procedures of the field operation that would result to quality outputs. By closely overseeing field operations, any deviations from standard practices can be identified and be addressed to minimize errors and maintain quality data.
