The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Camarines Sur Provincial Office successfully launched the “Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign at Don Manuel Abella Plaza, Brgy. Cararayan, Naga City on 31 August 2024.
The primary objective of the “Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign is to encourage parents/guardians to register their children to the National ID System and inform them of the required supporting documents to be presented during registration. This campaign intends to contribute to our mission of providing valid proof of identity and age for all Filipino citizens. “Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign aims to disseminate that registration to PhilSys is the first step to ensure the child’s benefits from appropriate social services.
PhilSys Camarines Sur displayed a vibrant set-up and a Cocomelon-themed environment including photobooths and balloons to make the registration fascinating.
Moreover, a mini program inclusive of games and coloring activity were conducted to
engage the children and promotes participation in the event. Audio-visual presentations were aired to capture the attention of the children while waiting for their turn to register. After the fun-filled activity, each child was served snacks and was given loot bags as an appreciation for taking part in the campaign.
“Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign resulted to the registration of 82 individuals including 19 kids and two (2) individuals were issued with National ID in paper form.
PSO Camarines Sur intends to extend “Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign to other municipalities in the province. This initiative will set foot at the last quarter of 2024. PhilSys Camarines Sur aims to disseminate that registering to PhilSys is a fulfillment of a child’s right to have an identity.
