On February 7, 2024, PhilSys team conducted a mobile registration in collaboration with the Revitalized-Pulis sa Barangay (R-PSB) to cater to the residents of Barangay Exciban, Labo in PhilSys Registration and ePhilID issuance. For this activity, the PhilSys team was able to register 20 individuals and issued 8 ePhilIDs.

On 28 February 2024, the Philsys team partnered with Ugnayan sa Siguradong Serbisyo Alay Sa Pambarangay (USSAP) program led by the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte in Barangay II, III and Mangcayo, Vinzons where 18 individuals were successfully registered.

Continuous mobile registration in Paracale, where 14 schools and 20 barangays, and in Jose Panganiban- 22 schools and 35 barangays were visited this February. A series of meetings with DSWD and 4Ps were also being attended in preparation for the Authentication Services for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) members.

As of February 2024, there were 489,382 or equivalent to 93.47% of individuals were registered in PhilSys while 247,921 ePhilIDs were issued to CamNorteños. To ensure the comprehensive coverage of the population, PSA Camarines Norte keeps its efforts by conducting continuous mobile registration and ePhilID distribution. These initiatives are carried out with active partnerships with the Provincial and Local Government Units, NGAs, NGOs, schools, and other private institutions. Likewise, the PhilSys on wheels, a mobile registration roaming at barangays, remains implemented to boost National Identification Registration.
