On 04 October 2024, PSA Camarines Norte Provincial Statistical Office in partnership with the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte conducted the Provincial Elimination for the 28th Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ) held at 2nd Floor Provincial Library, Provincial Capitol Compound, Daet, Camarines Norte, in celebration of the 35th National Statistics Month (NSM) with the theme “Advancing Data and Statistics through Digital Transformation: A Road to an Empowered Nation.”

PSQ is a nationwide annual contest participated by Filipino first time first year college students to measure the knowledge on statistics acquired from the secondary education curriculum and to instill awareness and importance of statistics among the students.

A total of nine (9) participants with their respective coaches coming from three (3) different schools battled it out to see who will emerge as the winner and represent the province in the regional elimination. Among the schools who participated were Mabini Colleges, lnc., Camarines Norte State College, and Sta. Elena College, lnc.

The Board of Judges officially declared the winners based on the score sheets. Winners received plaques, medals and cash prize from the Provincial government of Camarines Norte.

The Top 5 winners are listed below, in which Top 3 winners will proceed to the Regional Elimination:
